Can I return my tea ware?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
What condition must returns be in?
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original protective packaging.
Are handmade variations considered defects?
Because each piece is handmade, slight glaze, brushwork, and color variations are not defects.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, send photos of the item and packaging as soon as possible.
How are approved refunds processed?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item is inspected.
